We had been putting off painting our house because there is never a great time to do so. After we decided to do it, we got 6 bids, some where very low, with low grade products, other very high with outrageous considerations, Jeff and his team came dead in the middle with amazing notes from the first visit, careful workmanship and with top of the line quality product. Scheduling was a breeze with Lorena make it so easy for us even with a busy schedule during the summer. The best experience we've had, we basically did not notice the team was working. They arrived every day super early, left the area pristine, and delivered a great quality outcome in the entire exterior job. We are super happy with the pain, the look and all the recommendation and fixes the team did. We will definitely work with 365Painting Solutions for all of our future painting needs. Thank you for making this experience simple and painless.

These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!

Questions about commercial cool-roof coating records

For Commercial cool-roof compliance coating application, which documents support commercial cool-roof compliance?

Application records support commercial cool-roof compliance when they connect the work to the property and coating product. Product data, reflectance testing information, and warranty documents add useful support to the project file. Thomas J. Painting reviews the available documents during the consultation and explains which records fit the planned coating scope.

What does the crew inspect before coating starts for Commercial cool-roof compliance coating application?

The roof surface, repair needs, access points, and nearby areas are checked before coating starts. We also review the planned coating scope and the available product information. Customers should share prior coating records, roof documents, and property access details so the project agreement reflects the actual site.

How should a business prepare for the first site meeting?

The business should gather roof records, product information, prior testing, warranty papers, and access details. Those items help us discuss the coating scope with the right facts. A property manager or owner should also identify protected areas and business activities that could affect roof access during the work.

Why do product data and reflectance records matter?

Product data and reflectance records help connect the coating material to the compliance documentation. They give the property owner specific information to keep with the project file. We review the records with the customer and explain where they fit, without treating a document as proof of work that was never performed.

What changes the quote for this coating work?

The roof area, surface repairs, preparation needs, access, protection work, materials, and documentation scope change the quote. A free consultation gives us the details needed to discuss those factors. Customers receive pricing after the project scope is reviewed, not from a general rate.
