These guys did an awesome job! They have a well trained team that works closely together to get the job done on time and on budget. They also did a number of other repairs on the interior and exterior ( removed dry rot, repair drywall, etc.) before they could even start the painting. I would highly recommend them!

The team at 365 did a great job painting our house. They painted the full exterior of our house, including all the trim, front door, and garage doors. Their color matching was spot on, and the front door and porch trim finish is perfectly smooth. They even did a nice job with caulking as well.

Questions About Interior Wall Painting

Which finish works best for high traffic rooms for Interior Painting?

Satin finish is a strong choice for high traffic rooms because it balances washability with a noticeable sheen. The room's wall condition and cleaning needs still matter. Thomas J. Painting reviews the space before recommending a finish. We also discuss eggshell finish when a softer wall sheen better fits the room.

What does the first visit cover before painting starts?

The first visit covers the rooms, surfaces, colors, repairs, protection needs, and project goals. We meet in the property and discuss the work in plain terms. The assessment supports a clear project agreement and estimate. Furniture, fixtures, trim, doors, and access also help shape the planned scope.

How do repairs affect an interior painting estimate?

Repairs affect the estimate when walls, ceilings, trim, or doors need work before paint application. Surface condition, repair size, and the number of agreed areas shape the scope. Our team reviews these points during the in-home meeting. We coordinate necessary repairs and explain where they fit in the project agreement.

When should a business request indoor painting?

A business should request indoor painting when worn walls, marked surfaces, or changed space use affects the property. Access, fixtures, furniture, staff movement, and customer areas shape the plan. We assess the spaces on site and set protection and cleanup needs within the agreed scope.

Why does acrylic paint suit some interior surfaces?

Acrylic paint suits many interior surfaces because it provides a water-based coating for walls and related areas. The existing surface, room use, color, and finish still guide the choice. We review those conditions before selecting materials. The estimate records the agreed surfaces and preparation work.

What should I move before the crew arrives?

Furniture and personal items should be moved or made accessible around the agreed work areas. We discuss protection for floors, fixtures, furniture, and nearby surfaces during the consultation. The planned scope identifies what needs attention before painting starts. Our crew protects surrounding areas as part of the work.

Prior to the appointment, who provides interior painting for homes and businesses before the crew arrives on site?

Thomas J. Painting provides interior painting for homes and businesses in Cottage Lake and surrounding communities. We discuss colors, surfaces, repairs, finish choices, protection, and cleanup during a free consultation. The work follows a clear project agreement and includes a final inspection after completion.
